Hey, y'all! I'm having the same issue as the people in this thread:

There haven't been any answers that follow the instructions and have been successful, so reposting to see if anyone else comes across this.

 

I’m attempting to complete the Trailmix Project “Set Up the Service Console” and continue to have an issue on the Call Center page after I’ve “successfully” installed a package in my playground (followed the instructions with no errors). I’ve uninstalled the package and reinstalled it twice, but continue to have the same issue.

 

This is the screen I see when it instructs me to “Ensure CTI Adaptor URL” etc. while in the section “Configure Call Center”...

Set Up the Service Console - Call Center

...compared to this screen that the instructional video shows. There was a difference in the video vs written instructions - the video chose “Install for All Users” while the written instructions said to select “Install for Admins Only”. Trying to follow the written instructions first.
