We are using Email-to-Case and it is all working correctly except for the Case Assignment Rules. When the case is created it is not assigning it to anyone even though I have setup a Case Assignment Rule.

    I suggest opening a case with Salesforce. Go to Help & Training at the top right and look for Support Services or Create Case.
