Providing Object Access to Specific Users

Good morning, Trailblazers! Seeking guidance today on the best manner to allow specific users in an organization to have access to a particular Object.

We created an Object labeled Project. Its purpose is to allow a user to project manage activities that fall outside of Opportunities. Users of the Project Object are spread across multiple organizational Roles. How do I properly set-up the Object and grant access to certain Users?
