I am new SF administrator. I took role after person who left business in one day. When I deactive as user I am losing access to dachboards, reports, folders etc.
How can I change settigs to have the same rights as she had. I updated Automation Settings to my name already. what and where I need to change settings to change her name to mine.

Yes my profile is set as Administrator. For example if I go to Admin Dashboard, (saved in folder and I shared this access with myself as "Manage") Than I go to this dashboard settings - change user to myself or changing view to my user name and still cannot see dashboard as myself.
when I deactivate old Admin I cannot see anythig too.
