I would like to assign a case Queue to the same owner.

 

So all the case ending up in Q1 will be assigned to User A.

 

What would be the baste way to achieve that ?

    Why don't you just create an assignment rule/process builder or workflow rule so if the case belongs to the queue, assign to User A? Way quicker than setting up omni channel
