Field-Level Security for profile

How can I suggest to the Salesforce team to show both the Field Label and the Field Name in the "Field-Level Security editing for profile" ?

 

Currently it is showing "Field Name" although it is actually the "Fiel Label" that they are showing.

 

For an administrator the "Field Name" can be much more descriptive.

 

Currently I have to scroll on a few windows to find the right field to change permissions on.

    If you look at the menu on this community, you'll find a link to the Idea Exchange. Try searching for an existing idea there, and if you can't find one, post it.
