Can't define "Amount" value a Reference in Process Builder.

Hi ALL. I've created a process in "Process builder" and the "Amount" value from the Opportunity could be defined in "Criteria for this Action Group", but it's not present as Reference in "Set Apex Variables". Could seomeone help to get this add/define this value. Thank you in advance for your help.

    @Jeff, thank you ofr your help. Just to be more specifc on my question. In the "Set Apex Variables" I have the below options:

     

    Field* - Defined Apex variable.

     

    Type* - Reference

     

    Value* - Here I can bind other values, but the "Amount" is not dispalyed.

     

    I would appreciate your help.
