Why does the Quotes table not appear in the Connector for Excel Tables list?

When I use the Sforce Table Query Wizard (in 'Connector for Excel') I get to Step 2 to "Select a Table to Query:"

I'm trying to query our Quotes table, but it doesn't appear on the list.

Any clues as to why it doesn't show? and how to make the Quotes table appear on this list

Unfortunately, Phil, it looks like the person who owns the Google Code site is no longer actively managing the issues[1] with the Excel Connector. At this point I think it would be more sustainable for you to find an alternative tool.
