Yes. Salesforce sometimes refers to undeliverable mail as "bounced" ...

There is a configuration for showing an alert icon to the sender.
You can also use the Bounced Contacts and Bounced Leads standard reports to view a list of email all addresses that have bounced email. The report includes the reason the email was bounced, the date the bounce occurred, and the contact, lead, or person account that bounced the email.
I believe once you go through the Email Deliverability setup, you will have what you need.
