Now I am no more working with the company. I dont have access to the proffesional mail id. how can i remove that account in trailhead, without losing the badges and points.

Hey,
I also had the same issue, you can raise a ticket to the trailhead (trailhead@salesforce.com) and then they will ask you, which account you want to be activated, and then according to your preference, they will merge that account into one. In that way, you will not lose your Badges and points.
