I have a user who was able to login with no problem on Thursday, but Friday morning she was required to enter a verification code to recognize her device (same device). Unfortunately the verification codes are not coming through to her email address (we have checked with IT re: firewall, and I have tested deliverability with no issues). I have added her IP to the network access list, and have added her mobile number to her User Detail. I am waiting for her availability this morning to test these two hopeful fixes out, but I wonder if anyone else has had this issue and what the cause/fix was. Is there something I am missing? Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Kelly,

     

    If user has cleared its cache and cokkies. Then verification is required.

    You did the right things.

    If you add her IP in trusted IP range, then no need of verification.

     

    If email deliverability is off, then user don't get mails, even verification mail. 

     

    finally if you added user's mobile in user's detail. Then user will get verification code on mobile.

    I hope everything will go fine.
