If this isn't available anymore, what integration tool do I need to be able to synch a contact's reply email from outlook directly to the record in salesforce?  Thanks.  I can't seem to do that with salesforce for outlook without sending an additional email and it ending up in unresolved items?

    That's the way SFO works right now, you sync things and it attempts to associate the email to the right record, otherwise it ends up in Unresolved Items. You can still get Connect for Outlook by going to Setup > Desktop Integration > Salesforce for Outlook and looking over on the far right side of the screen. You'll see a link to access the connector.
