If your sales people need to provide input on the files and collaborate I think Chatter files would be best. It also supports versioning and there is a 2GB size limit. Also, Salesforce will be releasing a "Dropbox" like product in the near future (being piloted in Winter 14) to synch between Chatter and the desktop.
