Hi, one of my users is wondering why, when he changes his pw in the desktop version, he is not asked to enter the new one when he access the mobile App.

Where I can find documentation explaining how this exactly works?

    If you have the “User Single Sign-On” permission, only an administrator can reset your password. For help, contact your Salesforce administrator.

     

    if the user login continues,You can Revoke The acess for Particular user then he will be able login via New Password,
