Mass Updating Custom Fields

Does anyone know if I can mass update a custom field I have created under the accounts tab? We want to change the 'online rep' from one rep to another but I can't figure out if I can mass update all of the 176 records. Thoughts?

    You should be able to use mass edits from lists, assuming you have this feature enabled?

     

    Create a list view that shows all 176 records.

     

    Make sure you include the field you want to updated in the view

     

    Select all records using the checkboxes down the side of the list view.

     

    Double click in the field you want to update

     

    edit the field entry and select, update all selected records.
