I downloaded the latest version of my SF/Outlook integration and now outlook does not "send" my emails to SF unless I am sending them - i.e. when i recieve an email - if I do not necessarily want to reply or forward it to anybody I simply open the email up - before I could click on the SF logo and it would be sent there, but now nothing happens.

How do I fix that?

    Hi Michelle

     

    Yes that is a new version, just out in Spring '13.

     

    You described it well, that it is workable, but slower than before! I beleive there is a known issue with this, you should not have to search, the Salesforce Contact/Lead should appear automatically!

     

    Keep an eye out for fixes coming soon!
