Just wondering if anyone has done this or came across anything similar while using Salesforce, what i want to do is on my account screen have something like a survey that my account managers can fill in and keep against the recorded, i have used timba surveys to do this and it would be perfect apart from the fact that it doesn’t link to accounts only contacts and leads, i know you can link to the contact easy from the account screen but it needs to be linked directly to the account, so what is needed is an updatable form or table even a page layout, but linked to the account page. i cannot just put all the questions needed on the survey on the account page because it would make the page very messy does anyone have a simple solution. Also i cannot attach a file to fill in to the notes and attachments because i need to pull the data from the survey for my reports, any ideas are welcome guys i know this might be a bit of a weird question but was wondering if anyone else has tackled this sort of problem :)

    I would highly recommend is trying to use short field names, but using the Help Text field to display what you are wanting in that field. Train your people to look at the little question mark next to a field to get what you are looking for.
