ContactRecord is not defined - Error

The 'Build and Deploy Conversation Agent' seems to have an issue. I've tried a number of times to redo the challenge and I get an error per the attachment. Have configured the 'ContactId' per the instructions but it doesn't save..

i had the same issue.. I deleted the version.. Re-started the step by creating new version and added the sub agents. Actions was added from the Canvas (mid section of the builder page and not from the left side). But i did after few mins.. as i felt it takes some time for the Booking help agent deployment to be completely done.

I can't unlock Agentforce or Einstein to compete this section, i went in to troubleshoot as when i go into set up Agentforce is not an option, though i have it set up in slack. Same for Einstein - i went into company information it wasn't listed there ?

We could not find a scratch org whose organization name is 'Dreamhouse' belonging to this Dev Hub. Make sure to create a scratch org with a definition file that sets the 'orgName' property to 'Dreamhouse'

i have overall completed and moved to module 3, but this throw up an this error which makes me feel wt is wrong i should have got badge

Hi ,

Here is what worked for me. Perform this step first from the same folder where you run the sfdx commands for this Trailhead.

sfdx force:auth:web:login -d -a DevHubThen perform the next steps as outlined in the Trailheadsfdx force:org:create -s -f config/project-scratch-def.json -a dreamhouse-org
