    Today, I'm thrilled to share my incredible experience of passing the Agentforce-Specialist exam, and I cannot emphasize enough how pivotal Pass4surexams'' was in this achievement. If you're looking to ace this challenging certification, you need the right resources by your side, and delivers just that.

    From comprehensive study materials to realistic practice exams, They ensured I had all the tools necessary for success. Their detailed explanations helped clarify complex concepts, while their focus on real exam scenarios allowed me to approach the test with confidence. What impressed me most was the way they aligned their content with the latest exam trends, making it incredibly relevant and effective.

Just read about Scoping Rules and i see alot of use cases. But notice it is only for Performance, Unlimited and Developer editions. Was wondering if there were plans to add it to Enterprise edition any time soon? Would be so helpful for us with global instance to be able to default the narrowing of the data. Thanks!

    @Larry Tung for us many scenario's would be limiting the scope of Accounts and Contacts. The former having for example financial transactions related to them (integration with Certinia ERP), but accounts no longer relevant (bankruptcy, mergers, etc) and the latter being leveraged for Employees, also having financial data, hence need to preserve the records, but want to limit visibility for privacy reasons.

How do you guys communicate upcoming changes, whether they be in-house or from Salesforce, to your users? And do you maintain a wiki or some other listing of all the changes that are pushed out over time? If so, what do you use?

Reason I ask is that I want to start a formal process to disseminate all the necessary details out to our users and have a place where they can be saved for historical purposes as well. My initial thought was to build a one sheet that would go out to all of the department heads but I am struggling with the level of detail, 30,000 ft vs in the weeds.

Any tips/ideas/etc welcome.

Thanks.

    Hi @Mark Chiasson, We got the idea from this AppExchange App:  Change Management at Login (salesforce.com)

    The essence is a Screen Flow with immediate need to know info and a link to our internal communication site where we have a more in the weeds how it works layout. The option for the user to postpone and schedule a task to complete is there depending on what they would like. Once it is acknowledged, we have it set up to log a task on the user we could report on later to understand who has seen the screen flow.

    We update the same page and add new content with every release. If you know what you are planning in the future, you could also then use it to highlight the upcoming features to stay tuned for.

    It comes down to a strategy for you and the team to engage the users, and how to know adoption of new features occurs.

    I hope that helps

Hi all, When I tried migrating some updated App Pages from a Summer '24 sandbox to a Spring '24 Prod, I got the following error:

Invalid property [label] in component [flexipage:tabset]

After some trial and error, I discovered that we have added a Label to the Tabs component on App Pages which will not allow the page to be deployed in a Spring '24 environment.  To work around this, I moved all of the components within the tabs out of the tabs, deleted the tabs, and then deployed to Prod.  Then back in prod, I added the tabs back and the components back into the tabs.  I'm sure you could manipulate metadata to remove the label, but this was a fast and easy work around for the next few weeks.

    Same issue here with apiversion 61.

    Starting from this:

    <flexiPageRegions>

    <itemInstances>

    <componentInstance>

    <componentInstanceProperties>

    <name>label</name>

    <value>Tabs</value>

    </componentInstanceProperties>

    <componentInstanceProperties>

    <name>tabs</name>

    <value>maintabs</value>

    </componentInstanceProperties>

    <componentName>flexipage:tabset</componentName>

    <identifier>flexipage_tabset</identifier>

    </componentInstance>

    </itemInstances>

    <name>main</name>

    <type>Region</type>

    </flexiPageRegions>

    Editing the xml like this:

    <flexiPageRegions>

    <itemInstances>

    <componentInstance>

    <componentName>flexipage:tabset</componentName>

    <identifier>flexipage_tabset</identifier>

    </componentInstance>

    </itemInstances>

    <name>main</name>

    <type>Region</type>

    </flexiPageRegions>

    The error still remains :(

Hello Everyone,

We are in the process of retiring old SOAP APIs (versions older than v30) that some of our legacy systems are currently using. During this process, the teams have confirmed that certain changes on their end have been completed. However, they are still using the old WSDL (v25) on their end. When they try to use the new endpoint (Soap/u/62.0), they encounter an issue.

Upon investigating, we found that they use the 'describeSObject' method available in the WSDL to retrieve certain picklist fields from our Salesforce Org. The response structure in v25 is significantly different from that in v62, causing the existing code to fail when parsing the XML response from Salesforce in v62.

Is there a workaround that allows us to avoid re-importing the WSDL and still get the 'describeSObject' method to work as expected, providing the field details?

    @Prince Kothari i believe you have reimport WSDL with improved api version to get the method accessible.

Hello. I've added the new Dynamic Highlights Panel to a page in a sandbox. I may be missing something but how do I have the "Follow" button available for users wanting to follow that record on Chatter? It comes as standard on the legacy highlights panel (at the top) but it isn't available as a button to add on the new one (at the bottom).
