Hello all,
I am fairly new in Tableau and is using the software for 2 months now.
Would you have other option for me to use to display a text as a tooltip? Tooltip has been working great for me but just today, I have one case where I need to show more information than usual but my tooltip can can only show as much so I am missing some information. I can make the font really small but that will make it not consistent with the rest and not be ideal.
What do i do to show all the data? If there is a way to not move away from using tooltip I will be glad as I love it so much, otherwise, I am happy to try another way of showing information when people hover over my map.
Any information will be highly appreciated. Thought this is pretty straightforward so I did not attach any sample workbook here but let me know if you need any sample, too?

Thanks again. So I think I got everyone confused with my real issue. I am not having issue with the character limit as I think I am still not hitting the 2048. My problem is that I have more lines or rows of information that I need to show in my tooltip. I was hoping at least if tool tip could provide me a scrollbar so i know there is still a lot data following. But that is not the case. the tool tip just cuts the raw data i have. May I send you the attached to show my actual problem and let me know please if this is also part of the 2048 character limit? the no of rows? if it is, do you guys know if there is a way to counter this?
