Is it possible to create in a single sheet a viz like the one I have attached?
Now, I do it in dashboard, but for each value I create one sheet and the work is very long.

This doesn't get you exactly what you asked for, but it should give you an idea of the concepts. By playing around with the text formatting, you should be able to get really close. I created 2 dummy placeholder fields in Columns and assigned labels to them that represented the values I wanted to show. You can also include unicode characters to get the up or down arrows (not necessarily the exact arrow you show, but a visual indicator nonetheless)... more about that here:
