After doing the challenge 2, i have this issues:

We were able to insert a duplicate Contact record. Make sure the appropriate Duplicate Rules are active.
I review everything and is correct, and the duplicate rule is active, Really need help here. Thanks.

- Activate both Standard Contact Matching Rule and Standard Contact Duplicate Rule in Setup → Duplicate Rules.
Set the rule to Active and make sure Action on Create/Edit = Block. Then recheck the challenge.
