Hello. I'm wanting to enable the option that the executives can email the leads directly from the lead's profile and for it to be recorded under the lead's activities tab.
Right now when I tried it on the sandbox it showed the following error:

Based on the image you shared, it appears that the lead record update is triggering the flow, which in turn is activating the validation rule. To resolve this, I would recommend the following options:
- Deactivate the Validation Rule – Temporarily disable the validation rule to prevent it from being triggered.
- Deactivate the Flow – Another approach would be to deactivate the flow if it's not essential for the current process.
- Bypass the Validation Rule – You can also bypass the validation rule by using the checkbox option in the rule itself.
