添付は表題のケースです。本来、"契約合意"というフェーズが"リスクの排除"の後に存在しますが、当レポートの出力時点では全体で1件もなかったため、"契約合意"の列ごと非表示になってしまっています。該当レコードが0件でも表示させたいです。
※毎参照時にマイナスしなければならないため、できればダミーデータを各フェーズに持たせるというのは避けたいです。
対処法をご存じの方がいらっしゃいましたらご教示いただけますと幸いです。

The standard Salesforce report functionality does not directly provide a setting to display columns when there are 0 records.
However, you can try creating a Custom Report Type.
Custom report types allow you to include data in reports based on stages. This approach can make columns visible even if no data set is found.
