Survey Force Integration

My goal is to automatically send out surveys with Survey Force to contacts associated with an account whose project has been closed. I am stuck though when it comes to emailing out the surveys with a link that works. 

Here is where I am at so far—I have: 

-Installed Survey Force in production.

-Set up a site force.com site.

-Changed the public access settings as per the directions. 

-Created a sample survey, which submits when I create an "anomomyous link." 

-Generated a link that looks like this—https://c.na5.visual.force.com/apex/TakeSurvey?id=a0Z7000000CrkhSEAR&cId={!Contact.Id}&caId=none I am able to submit a survey once I put in a Contact ID manually. 

The survey is not complex—7 items on the survey. 

My questions are:

1.) How do I set Salesforce up to email this automatically when a project closes

2.) How do I get Salesforce to fill in the Contact ID information correctly so the respondent's answers go to their account? 

3.) How do I show the survey results in the individual contact pages? 

I am not seeing anything clear on this in the developer or success forums. I know that I am close to getting this to work, because if I use generate this link in the Survey Force section and fill in the contact ID for {!Contact.Id}, I am able to take the survey on the force.com site and it is associated with the right contact.

I need to ensure that the contact receives the link and is not asked to login, because they will not have a Salesforce account. The link that the use must directly submit their information to their account.

    Hi Kyle,

    So annoying...! I feel like I have followed every help article to the "T" but still can't get things to work on my end. I keep getting the "need to login" error when I am testing the survey as a user. I can create, fillout, etc...but no joy when it comes to actually "submitting" the survey and having it link to a contact. Will def let you know if I finally get it right!
