When I am selecting a product in cpq the edited quantity is 0 then I want validation for not selecting zero quantity when adding a product with at least 1 quantity.

You can create a validation rule using a Product Rule. The Product rule can include conditions to check if quantity = 0 and include any other conditions you need to include for this validation. If you'd like some more details on how to accomplish this, please share some more details. Thanks!
