Hi, I have created a document with Formstack documents and a custom button which is done by a visual force page however I need to have a second document and second custom button. But I am not sure how to identify the particular document in the visual force page.

I have reached out to Formstack support but still waiting to hear back. In the meantine does anyone know how this can be done?
