Does anyone here support multiple bill to and multiple ship to entities on one CPQ quote without using salesforce billing package?
What are some ideas you have used to integrate such data structure to your CLM and ERP tools?
@Nisha Vishwasrao - There are some OOB features which help you to achieve this use case but it would in conjunction with some customization as well. Billing and Shipping account configurations can be achieved using parent/child account hierarchy concept.
You'll need to create a custom lookup on the quote to fetch the shipping accounts and use the standard account lookup for the billing accounts. Once you've both the accounts within the quote header you can use the quote line group feature to club the line items for a given shipping accounts. You can enable the "Allow multiple Order" feature in the CPQ package setting & use the order by group line fields to place/track the order multiple location wise, which can then be easily passed to the other downstream features to process/fulfill the orders. Hope this would give you idea the key features CPQ provides to achieve this usecase.
