My organization distinguishes between two types of organizations for the purposes of, among other things, displaying key field data. For some organizations they want to display numerous detail fields about the organization, while for others they don't. They have used account record type in the past but we're trying to clean up the database and move to the Household model from the one-to-one model and I want to make sure I understand the ramifications of continuing to use the two organization record types. @Caroline Renard, that's very helpful. I think they used the 1-to-1 Account model but will confirm that. They have the Household object installed but I assume that is a separate issue. So are you saying I can change to the Household Accounts model and bulk change the individual Accounts into Household account record types and that is all I need to do?
