1. I'm looking for a step-by-step guide to import Recurring Gifts and their successive payments. I've spent all morning trying to find it in the help files and the Hub. I need detailed information like in the NPSP Admin's Guide to Importing Donor Data.
I see Recurring Gift Import in the App Launcher, so in seems like it's possible, but I feel like I'm just guessing how to do it based on how I imported regular gifts. Is there some info available on this? Or can someone explain to me?
2. Also, if I want to enter a recurring gift by hand, do I need to go to the App Launcher and choose Recurring Gift each time? Isn't there a way to make it a button or a tab on my Opportunity screen?
