So that another picklist on the child object can be set to make picklist values available based on the value of Event Duration.
A regular field dependency won't let me have a controlling field on another object. Therefore I need to get the picklist value over to the child object. But a regular formula field won't let me do that.
So need another way to mirror the picklist selection.
