Hi,

 

I am wondering how the companies you are working with have set-up their case management process? Do you have always 1 case as entry then manually split the case into several ones, if the first case has several questions from customer?

    Hi Katarzyna Fonteyn,

     

    Yes, other approach, create multiple record types as per your requirement and create a page layout to assign the respective record type and profiles.

     

    also this record type, you can use to update using workflow/process builder based on the conditions.
