Hi SF Community,
I leveraged data loader to upload a picklist of highest score & lowest score for a custom object, however I'm receiving this error when updating the custom object.
Is there a certain format for the text to convert before I make it into a CSV?

Hi Drew,
It seems the column in the spreadsheet and picklist value are different.
please double check if they are same including any spaces.
or simply, navigate to the picklist field from the setup menu, click on edit and uncheck the field which says
Restrict picklist to the values defined in the value set
