Page fails to load for a user (logged in)

I have a page within my community that will not load for users that login. The page contains regular text and a custom object (an application form). How can I a) the page to load and b) the custom object to function?  I'd like to make sure it loads first.

    Here is the page. It was loading for the past 30 days but we have had issues the last 3 days. It was previously visible.I will check the permisions too.
