Hey Amber,
Well, I am not pretty sure and but from the little that I know this isn't possible as of now. The Release Notes at http://docs.releasenotes.salesforce.com/en-gb/winter14/release-notes/rn_186_mobile_salesforce1_supported_data.htm says Dashboards are just for - view only.
