Need help to pass the step 3 of the badge "Set up Case Escalation and Entitlements"

I am unable to pass this challenge although it seems like a simple one. I keep having the same error message "Can't find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction." even though I just created the case and it is related to the Pyramid account. Has anyone had the same issue ? How did you fix it ?
