One of the best practices is to deactivate the user as soon as the member leaves company,
It has many advantages like
>> you can easily be assured that your data is secure
>> Deactivating a user would free up a license for you which you can use for creating other users.
How to deactivate a user?
Really simple!!
Go to the user profile, edit it and uncheck the active checkbox,
