I do not enable "Files uploaded to the Attachments related list on records are uploaded as Salesforce Files, not as attachments".
But, when in Lightning, attachments uploaded are copied to Files too, is that the expected behavior?
In Classic, I do not see it happened, can we stop not to duplicate to Files?

We are using Lightning and there are no issues with using Files and Notes. The issues have just been with trying to move all attachments and notes to the new solutions. Its very confusing for users to see all the related lists(Notes and Attachments, Files, and Notes) and see different records under each.
