We're running into similar issues with automatically refresh metrics, did you guys ever find a workaround? I started working on some codes but I'm getting a hard time trying to get my test coverage to 75% to deploy it to production, the http callout is something that I haven't done before. Thanks in advance for any help that you could provide.

@Jing Chen We tested the metric auto-refresh last week, and it seems to be working. Regression testing hasn't started yet, but I've asked the developer to provide a summary of the steps to execute. We had 2 scenarios.
- Refresh Metrics with associated tasks (code provided by
Work.comSupport)
- Refresh Metrics linked to reports
As soon as I have that, I'll post it here.
