Public Sector Solutions contains several prebuilt apps to help your agency enhance operations and fulfill its mission. These apps employ a select group of objects that make the most of the Salesforce Platform, data model, and various toolkit components.

Licensing and Permitting

Set up a regulatory framework to support the licenses, permits, and other authorizations that your agency manages. Publish dynamic forms on a public portal so that constituents can easily submit and track applications for licenses and permits. Review and approve each application using automated processes and carry out inspections and other follow-up actions to confirm necessary compliance.

Inspection Management

Assign and manage inspection visits to assess compliance. Include action plans, assessments, and a series of tasks for inspectors to perform while on-site. Inspectors can complete information collection tasks, review regulatory codes, and record violations right from their mobile device. Streamline recruitment and hiring activities to staff your agency with top talent. Configure positions, job postings, and applications and evaluate and vet candidates. Support recruiters, HR specialists, and prospective employees with websites designed to simplify hiring activities.
