Fit the Tool to the Job
It鈥檚 a good idea to match your rule requirements to the automation method that best meets your needs, without overdoing it. Not sure when to use an automation rule instead of a segmentation rule? Or when to use completion actions or dynamic lists? If you need a refresher, use the decision tree to determine which automation tool to use and when.聽

Knowing which automation tool to use can be tricky, so to help illustrate the difference between automation tools, let鈥檚 look at a few scenarios that Cindy wants to implement and decide which automation tool can best meet her needs.聽
