I am trying to complete the Build Guided Experiences with OmniStudio Trail - FlexCards module - and it is asking me to build a simple flexcard displaying Contact information. However I try to add a text element to a block and the properties tab to edit that, or any text element, is not loading. I've left it running for hours and tried multiple days and nothing. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Basically, there appears to be a conflict with a feature in settings called "Use Lightning Web Security for Lightning web components" . Disabling this feature, then clearing browser cache made everything work like a charm.
