Limit Exceeded You or your organization has exceeded the maximum limit for this feature.

Hiya! I'm deleting a slew of paused flow interviews and built the flow recommended in this article to mass delete them: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000388016&type=1

I built it as an auto launch flow. When I run it I get "Limit Exceeded You or your organization has exceeded the maximum limit for this feature." It's pretty vague, I don't know what I can do to fix it. 

Is it b/c I have too many paused interviews to delete?
