I cannot complete the challenge (Field Service)

Hello All, 

 I am trying to complete the challenge on Field Service Dispatcher Console for Dispatchers -->Customize your view. I have set up my palette just as instructed but I keep getting an error saying it can't find the work I completed in my challenge. I have deleted the work and did it. Nothing seems to work. I am so frustrated. Does anyone have any ideas?
