I can run and debug the flow without errors but am unable to pass the challenge. Here is the challenge I receive.
We can't find the correct settings in the 'Does Bank Account Exist?' decision. Make sure it was created according to the requirements, including the field and values references, resources, logic and conditions on the new outcome 'Bank Account Exists' and the default outcome 'Account Does Not Exist'.
I have checked for typos, made sure the values are apex defined, and completely redone the flow.
Does anyone have any other suggestions? TIA!

I too got the same error.
Try to re-check the two screens ("Account not added Msg" and "Found Bank Account") that are connected to the Decision.
In my case, I located the error in "Account not added Msg" Screen Label.
Instead of "Account not added Msg", initially typed it as "Account not added"
