Hello, I have an issue when Checking Challenge on below step (Customize Your View) of the Module “Field Service Dispatcher Console for Dispatchers” https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/field-service-dispatcher-console-for-dispatchers/customize-your-view
Even if I have correctly created the “Short Jobs” palette on my playground https://fieldservicecom33-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/lightning/n/FSL__FieldService , the Check Challenge fails (see attached screenshot)
“Challenge not yet complete in lrazafimbahoaka@fieldservice.com We can’t find the Short Jobs palette.” Has somebody else faced the same issue?
Seriously!??!!? I have beating my brains out trying to see why it kept saying "We can't find the Short Jobs palette." It was because of the dang "I"!!!! That makes me so mad!! Thank you for pointing that out!! It just worked! UGH.
