B2B Commerce on Lightning Experience Enhancements

Introducing the latest enhancements to B2B Commerce on Lightning Experience. Buyers can now browse without logging in, extending your site reach and SEO capabilities. Now you can show sizes, colors, and more on one product detail page, to reduce SKU proliferation and provide a simpler buying experience. And a new centralized pricing workspace enables users to find data quickly using advanced filters and to perform bulk actions for mass assignments.

Salesforce Order Management Enhancements

With the introduction of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflows in Order Management, retailers now can fully track the return process prior to an item being physically returned. This feature provides B2C retailers with more complete product support for return/refund scenarios and empowers shoppers with self-service options for RMA tracking. Agents can indicate when a return has been requested prior to a shopper sending an item back, for full lifecycle tracking of the return. Moreover, with the release of exception management, admins and users now have higher visibility into the order lifecycle to better identify, troubleshoot, and solve business logic failures related to the fulfillment lifecycle.

B2C Commerce: Trust Enhancements

With the Winter ’21 release, we’re rolling out multi-factor authentication and card skimming detection across all customers on top of the Salesforce authenticator app. This enhancement provides even more of the availability, scalability, security, and performance that global customers require.

Salesforce CMS Integration with New Pardot Email Experience

Salesforce CMS (content management system) now comes with out-of-the-box integration with the new Pardot email experience so you can seamlessly compose Pardot emails using images from Salesforce CMS. Distribute collections and content across commerce, communities, marketing, and external sources out of the box.

High-Scale Content Enhancements

Users can now experience high-scale delivery of headless content using an out-of-the-box content delivery network (CDN) or a partner (Akamai), or bring their own CDN and customize to fit with Salesforce CMS.
