  2. Click Yes.

  4. For Name, enter Search FAQ.
  5. For API Name, enter Search_FAQ.
  6. Leave Dialog Description blank.
  7. The Assign to Dialog Group setting lets admins group similar dialogs together in the Bot Builder for easy navigation. For now, leave it set to none.
  8. Select Show in Bot Options Menu.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click Main Menu.
  11. In the Next Step section, ensure Show a menu is selected.
  12. Click in Select menu items and click Search FAQ.
  13. To rearrange menu items, simply click and drag them to the desired position. Click and drag Search FAQ, moving it under Appointment Related.
  14. Click Save.

Your new menu should look like this.

Create a Dialog Group

Since these dialogs all relate to customer orders, let’s group them together by creating a dialog group called Customer Orders.

Dialog groups are simply “folders” that help admins keep their workspaces clean and organized; customers don’t see the group or folder.

  1. Click Deactivate.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click the plus sign and select New Group, and fill in the details.
    • Name: Customer Orders
    • API Name: Customer_Orders
  4. Click Save.
  5. Next to Order Related, click the dropdown arrow and select Edit. In the Assign to Dialog Group field, select Customer Orders.
  6. Select Show in Bot Options Menu.
  7. Click Save. Your Order Related dialogs are now in the Customer Orders dialog group.
