Use Dynamic Lists

Dynamic lists are “smart” lists that automatically add or remove prospects based on the criteria you set up. They’re easy to set up and they maintain themselves, which makes them a great choice for building lists around information that changes frequently.
That said, not every list is required to be dynamic. You still use static lists in your Pardot account. Use a static list when you have no reason to remove prospects, such as a list of all prospects who complete your Contact Us form. You can create this type of list with an automation rule or a completion action. Prospects who complete the form match the rule once and are added to the list.

Leung wants to ensure her automated email programs are not overwhelming prospects with too many emails in a designated time period. Leung plans to create a list that automatically adds prospects who’ve been emailed at least two times in the past week, and then removes them once they’ve had a little break.
