Unable to see Omnistudio App in app section in free trail org of communication cloud

https://developer.salesforce.com/free-trials/comparison/communications-cloud   Hi all , I have created free trail org inorder to practice omnistudio along with lightning web components ..Even though we have integration procedures and Dataraptors the look and feel is completely different and also not able to find omnistudio app .Can anyone send the URL to create omnistudio trail org which is same as realtime

    Hi @lavanya kommula

     

    The Communications Cloud comparison page you signed up through provisions a managed package (Vlocity/CME) trial org. As a result, the look and feel differs from the native OmniStudio experience available in the On Core implementation, which is used for current real-time implementations. 

    Could you please try signing up using the help article below instead?

    The article provides two trial options:

    • Communications on Salesforce Platform
    • Communications on Managed Package

    Please choose Communications on Salesforce Platform for the On Core experience.

Unable to find Assets after activating an order in Challenge

I am trying to complete this challenge on the Agentforce Revenue Management / Boost Sales Efficiency with Agentforce Revenue Management / Asset Lifecycle Management with Agentforce Revenue Management in the step Manage Customer Asset Amendments.  I created the special org and followed the steps to the letter however on both attemps in a brand new org I do not see the assets being created after I activated the order. Is this a known bug? If so, what is the solution?

    This above article seems of no use as it relates to the next challenge. What's the best way to tackle the issue of  "I do not see the assets being created after I activated the order" for challenge  Manage Customer Asset Amendments. I experienced exactly the same issue  as @Desiree Meijne-Schmit.

Where are content fields Answer and Question?

Per the insrtuctions below... should we be creating Custom fields for  content fields Answer and Question? 

 

To integrate Knowledge articles into Agentforce Builder and ensure the agent is grounded in relevant information, start by managing data sources to provide access to these articles. Create a data library named Coral Cloud Experience Agent LibraryCopy, including the identifying fields Title and Summary and the content fields Answer and Question. While we won’t evaluate this configuration as part of the challenge, it's essential for grounding the agent in accurate knowledge from relevant articles.

    If you navigate to Service Setup --> Service Setup Home --> Knowledge Setup (visible under Recommended Setup section. Click View All if you don't see it.) and setup Salesforce Knowledge, you should see a Knowledge object under Object Manager with Question__c and Answer__c

    fields. 

    If Salesforce Knowledge is already setup, the object and its fields should be there already.

Please help in answering the given Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist question.

Universal Containers (UC) has configured Agent force Data Library using Knowledge articles, When testing in Agent Builder and the Experience Cloud site, the agent is not responding with grounded Knowledge article information, However, when tested in Prompt Builder, the response returns correctly. 

What should UC do to troubleshoot the issue? 

A. Ensure the Data Cloud User permission set has been assigned to the Agent force Service Agent User. 

B. Create a new permission set that assigns "Manage Knowledge" and assign it to the Agentforce Service Agent User. 

C. Ensure the assigned User permission set includes access to the prompt template used to access the Knowledge articles

I am doing the agent force service super badge stuck on first step no Knowledge article choice in pick list

part of step one of this super badge is : Integrate Knowledge Articles in Agentforce Builder

. While we won’t evaluate this configuration as part of the challenge, it's essential for grounding the agent in accurate knowledge from relevant articles. 

 

But the knowledge article option is not available please advise. 

 

I am doing the agent force service super badge stuck on first step no Knowledge article choice in pick list

 

Any help would be much appreciated. I am on day two with the special developer edition .
